Email your receipt for membership to info@napaotguatemala.org. (As you join through your appropriate category for AAA membership, you must also separately add NAPA as a section when prompted.)

2. Release and Waiver Form

3. Medical Insurance Coverage Form

Must be submitted with a copy of your insurance policy and proof of purchase. Form must be completed with an electronic signature (not just your name typed) to be valid.

4. Medical Information Form

Form must be completed with an electronic signature (not just your name typed) to be valid.

5. Passport Information Form

Must be submitted with a copy of your passport. Form must be completed with an electronic signature (not just your name typed) to be valid.

Select the type of accommodation you would like. Email your choice to info@tecunumanschool.edu.gt and copy info@napaotguatemala.org. (Submit as soon as possible for more choice!)

2. Flight itinerary submitted

Email your complete flight itinerary to info@tecunumanschool.edu.gt and copy info@napaotguatemala.org.

3. Human Subjects Training Certificate

Email your completed certificate to info@napaotguatemala.org. See Pre-Assignments for more details.
